About This Trip
The trip from Sentosa Cove to 27A Loewen Road takes 20 to 25 minutes by Grab, a bit longer during evening rush. There's on-site parking at 27A Loewen Road if you're driving, though it can fill at busy times.
It's worth making if you're a Sentosa Cove resident who wants ongoing care, a golfer dealing with something affecting your game, or a frequent flyer carrying accumulated travel load. If you'd rather see someone closer to the island, that's a reasonable call. I'd look for a clinic that does a proper assessment rather than going straight to treatment.
Who Makes This Trip
Golfers
Tanjong and Serapong course regulars with lower back or hip rotation affecting their swing. More on what that assessment looks like: golf injuries.
Frequent flyers
Sentosa Cove residents carrying neck and back complaints from back-to-back long-haul trips. Travel-pattern fatigue doesn't respond well to rest alone.
Water sports
Sailors and paddlers from One°15 Marina with shoulder issues from repetitive overhead load. Worth assessing properly before something becomes acute.

Common Questions
It depends what you're coming for. If you're managing an acute injury and need a full assessment, a one-session trip to Dempsey makes sense, even if you follow up closer to home. If you're looking for routine soft-tissue work, the logistics probably don't justify the round trip. What the first visit covers.
Yes. A portion of my regular patients are Sentosa Cove residents. The trip from the Cove to Dempsey is genuinely not that long, 20 to 25 minutes by Grab, and for patients who value consistency and knowing their practitioner, it becomes just another part of their week. A number of them also combine it with lunch at Dempsey Hill or a walk through the Botanic Gardens area.
The Sentosa Express terminates at Vivocity on the mainland. From the Vivocity drop-off or taxi stand, take a Grab to 27A Loewen Road, Dempsey Hill. It runs 15 to 20 minutes. There's no practical bus option; Grab is the right call. If you're driving, you can also park at Vivocity, take the Sentosa Express to do what you need on the island, and drive directly from Vivocity to Dempsey on the way home.
