The Whole Body Approach to Chiropractic

"Most people think chiropractors only work on backs. I became a chiropractor because of a knee injury, and that's why I work with your whole body, from shoulders to ankles. I work with the entire musculoskeletal system to free up what isn't moving well, and give you the skills to add stability where it's lacking."

My Story

What You Should Know

Research Focused

I work based on biomechanics and current research. When something works, I can explain why. When something's outside my scope, I'll tell you and connect you with the right provider.

Whole Body Focus

Spine, shoulders, knees, ankles. I work with the entire kinetic chain.

Referral Ready

If I'm not the right provider, I'll connect you with someone who is.

Pay Per Session

No package required. You pay for each visit individually because I can't predict how many sessions you'll need until I see how you respond to care.

Common Questions About Chiropractic in Singapore

What should I expect during my first visit?

+

Your first visit includes a thorough assessment of your condition, movement patterns, and biomechanics. I'll evaluate the areas of concern and develop a care plan built around your specific needs. If appropriate, I'll provide care during the first session. The initial visit typically takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

+

Rarely. I primarily use a pay-per-session model because everyone responds differently to care. That said, if you're looking at an extended care plan for a chronic or long-term goal, I'm open to discussing a package rate. What I never want is for someone to keep coming in because they feel they need to justify the price of a package. You should be coming because we're working on something together and you're seeing progress. You're never locked in beyond your next appointment.

How many sessions will I need?

+

It varies by condition. Some straightforward issues improve in 4 to 6 sessions, others need a longer course of care. I'll give you a realistic assessment after your initial visit. For example, uncomplicated acute lower back pain from lifting typically improves within 4 to 8 sessions over 2 to 4 weeks. Chronic shoulder or neck issues from years of desk work often need 8 to 12 sessions over 6 to 8 weeks, combined with home exercises. More complex or longstanding conditions may take longer. I'll give you an honest timeline after your first visit. You pay per session, no packages required.

What's a coffee chat?

+

It's a free, no-commitment meeting at Baker & Cook in Dempsey. Just a chance to talk through your situation and see if we'd be a good fit before booking anything clinical. If we're not the right match, I'm happy to point you in the right direction. Book a coffee chat.
